SALESIAN CROSS COUNTRY 2002 GUIDELINES

Athletes must maintain a 2.0 or above grade point average before, after and during the season. Failure to do so will result in temporary dismissal from the team until the required GPA is attained.

Athletes must attend all practices unless previously released by the head coach to be eligible to participate in league competition.

Athletes are expected to foster a positive environment through respect and encouragement of other team members and coaches.

Athletes are expected, during team functions (practice, matches, banquets, etc.), home and away, to conduct themselves in a manner representative of the principles of Salesian High School.

Athletes are to adhere to the regulations outlined in the Student/Parent Handbook and the Cross Country Handbook..

Athletes are to remove the term “can’t” from vocabulary used during team functions or any other functions related to getting through life.

ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED, AT ALL TIMES, TO WORK HARD, HAVE FUN, AND LEARN!

The only way to pass any test is to take it.
