Step Four: Getting In
Okay, now after step three, your can should look like this:
If the can does NOT look like this, you did something wrong.  Take a new can of orange juice concentrate, re-read step three, and follow the instructions once again.  If, after the second time, you still do not get the above result, you are probably frustrated.

Now, assuming all went well, we now must place the orange juice concentrate in the jug.  If the lid to the jug is already OFF, your job is easy.
Proceed to STEP FIVE
However, if the lid of the jug is ON the jug, you are faced with the task of removing the lid.  Depending on the type of jug you have at hand, this task may be anywhere from extremely easy to horrendously hard.
Try wedging and prying the lid off with a screwdriver as a first approach.  If that does not work, use a blunt object to drive the screwdriver in deeper, giving you more leverage (shown on the right).  Flat-tipped screwdrivers would fare best for this use (as opposed to Phillips-tipped drivers)
If the above method does not work, an alternate way of getting the lid off may have to be used.  Get a reliable saw and cut the lid off.  Be sure to hold the jug steady and saw in straight, even strokes.
This is a foolproof method that will work every time.  Keep in mind that this is also not the most orthodox way to de-lid a jug.  Doing such to a borrowed jug may result in conflict with the owner when returning the jug.
Now That The Lid Is Off, Go To STEP FIVE
