We now offer Indivdual Yoga Therapy Sessions PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY ASSESSMENTS are now available upon request. We are pleased to meet with you for individual sessions intended to last at least one hour for an initial assessment. Based on results of this assessment, a second session will focus on a recommended practice of yoga therapeutics customized just for you. Future sessions can be added to see results, revisit your practice or renew the assessment. For a limited time only we are offering these sessions on a donation basis. Please take advantage of these as soon as you like, as we will be offering these at this rate for the next few months only.
Our group classes are designed to deliver what you want or need. Our yoga practice is intended to meet each individual at their own level. We will guide you as you begin your own practice of self-realization which will lead to inner peace and development of heatlh and happiness.
We encourage not only physical development which results from daily practice, but also a deeper understanding of subtle elements which make up our being including energy, emotion, mind and spirit. Deepening self-realization in all aspects empowers us to diagnose and correct imbalances in our life and equips us to take responsibility for our own well-being. We believe many answers are found within – after all, you know you better than anyone else!
