Today's most popular form of yoga, the physical practice of hatha yoga, appeals at first to our culture's current focus on fitness and appearance. But as practitioners become more adept, the physical stability they attain leads them to a deeper, more spiritual place in their lives, a union of body, mind, and spirit that becomes a powerful means of transformation.
Throughout the long and complex history of yoga certain concepts have always prevailed: the union of opposites; the effect the outside world has on the body; the yearning for and seeking of some form of liberation; and the interest in discovering and attaining one's true Self.

We now offer Indivdual Yoga Therapy Sessions
PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY ASSESSMENTS are now available upon request. We are pleased to meet with you for individual sessions intended to last at least one hour for an initial assessment. Based on results of this assessment, a second session will focus on a recommended practice of yoga therapeutics customized just for you. Future sessions can be added to see results, revisit your practice or renew the assessment.  For a limited time only we are offering these sessions on a donation basis. Please take advantage of these as soon as you like, as we will be offering these at this rate for the next few months only.

Our group classes are designed to deliver what you want or need. Our yoga practice is intended to meet each individual at their own level.  We will guide you as you begin your own practice of self-realization which will lead to inner peace and development of heatlh and happiness. 

We encourage not only physical development which results from daily practice, but also a deeper understanding of subtle elements which make up our being including energy, emotion, mind and spirit.  Deepening self-realization in all aspects empowers us to diagnose and correct imbalances in our life and equips us to take responsibility for our own well-being.  We believe many answers are found within – after all, you know you better than anyone else!

Developing confidence to make intuitive decisions can make life more fulfilling as well as heading off illness and dis-ease. Yoga is not intendende to substitute for medical advice but can compliment a doctor's care . Nor is yoga a religion, something for those who are already fit, or just for women.

So begin your journey to find stress-relieving calm and happiness by experiencing breath connecting with body.
