One of my big-time hobbies is swords, in many of their forms. I have done modern olympic style fencing for over 12 years, and taught it for 6 years. I have been practicing historical rapier play for several years, and have been teaching it since 1998. There will eventually be more here on the subject, so please check back soon.

In the meantime, here are some pictures of some interesting Tartar sabers, some Hungarian sabers, and some of a replica early rapier I own, in the scabbard made by my friend Art Elwell.
