Stood one mile south of Center Baptist Church on Farm Road 43, north of Farm Road 94 on the east side of the road.

Farm Road 80, west of Hwy. F approximately. 3 miles south of Ash Grove

#53 Stony Point

Was five miles south of Ash Grove on near of corner of Hwy. T and Farm Road 116.

#54 Fair View (2)

North of "T" intersection of Hwy. T and Farm Road 45.
Destroyed
Reorganized as part of Bois D'Arc District 10 in 1947 and reorganized as part of Ash Grove R-IV in 1958.

#55 Bois D'Arc

School
Present structure stands at 10315 W. State Hwy. T. Present WPA built school was completed in 1938. Reorganized as part Bois D'Arc District 10 in 1947 and reorganized as part of Ash Grove R-IV in 1958.

#56 Wyandotte

Stood southeast of Bois D'Arc at the corner of Hwy. EE and Hwy. T

#57 Clear Creek

West of Farm Road 108. Located on right side of "T" with Farm Road 93.

Reorganized in the 1950's as part of Willard R-II

#58 Edgewood

Stood southeast of Farm Road 103 and Farm road 106.
Destroyed
Reorganized in the 1950's to be included as part of Willard R-II.

#59 Star

Stood where Springfield Regional Airport now stands. South of Hwy. 160 on Farm Road 115, near present side of FireFall celebration.
Destroyed
Consolidated with Willard in 1923. Reorganized in the 1950's to be included as part of Willard R-II.

#60 Schuyler

North of Springfield at the northeast corner of Farm Roads 125 and 94.
Community Center
Original structure had one room and was built in 1905. Reorganized in the 1950's to be included as part of Willard R-II. Sold by Willard School District in 1983.

#61 Lake View

Located along Kearney St. immediately east of Springfield Airport near Farm Road 125.
Church
Consolidated with Willard in 1923. Reorganized in the 1950's to be included as part of Willard R-II.

#62 Ritter

West of the intersection of Farm Road 102 and Farm Road 139.
OCAC Headstart School
At the time of its closure in the mid-1980s it was the "smallest school still operating in Greene County."

#63 Fair View (3)

Stood on North Grant, near present day Ozark Empire Fair.
Destroyed
This school was organized in 1837. Original building burned in the middle 1920's. Effective January 1951, became part of Pleasant View R-I. Reorganized into Springfield District R-XII in April, 1968.

#64 Grand View

North of present Bill and Payne Stewart Golf Course at Barnes and Grandview.
Church
Effective January 1951, became part of Pleasant View R-I. Reorganized into Springfield District R-XII in April, 1968.

#65 Ingram

Northwest of intersection of Jefferson and Chestnut in Strafford, in the middle of the high school campus. Originally stood south of Farm Road 104, west of Farm Road 197 and north of I-44.
School
Reorganized as Strafford R-VI in 1949.

#66 Oak Hill

Stood at Farm Road 112 and 209 in the northwest corner.
Destroyed
After 1914, school educated students through 7th grade before going to Strafford High School. Original building was destroyed but a replacement Oak Hill was built and was being used as a club house during the 1970s.

#67 Strafford

Unknown
Strafford, School District #67, was reorganized as Strafford R-VI in 1949.

#68 Flint Hill

South of Strafford sports softball complex near Farm Road 241 and Farm Road 116
Destroyed
After 1914, school still educated students through 7th grade before going to Strafford High School. Consolidated with Strafford Consolidated No. 2 in 1914. Reorganized as Strafford R- VI in 1949. Students used a nearby river for water.

#69 North Star

Corner of Madison and Olive in Strafford, immediately south of City Hall and Old Rt. 66.
Community Center
Original site of the school was south of Strafford on Hwy. YY, east of Hwy. 125. Building was moved to Strafford Sept. 8, 1952, south of the railroad on old Rt. 66 to be used as a club for the Women's Progressive Farming Association (WPFA).

#70 Plummer

One mile east of Farm Road 205 on Farm Road 132, which is also called "Old Mill Street" and/or "East Chestnut".
Destroyed
Reorganized as Strafford R-VI in 1949; consolidated and closed in 1952.

#71 Oakland

South of Hwy. YY where Farm Road 197
Destroyed
Reorganized as Hickory Hills R-IX in 1950 and then reorganized as part of Springfield R-XII in 1951.

#72 Shady Dell

North of Bennett and Oak Grove, east of Glenstone.
School
Reorganized as Hickory Hills R-IX in 1950 and then reorganized as part of Springfield R-XII in 1951.

#73 Springfield

Inside the city of Springfield.
School
Since this is inside the city limits, no further research has been done on the early non-rural schools of this district. The early schools of Springfield made up district 73.

#74 Gulf

Corner of Warren and Olive in Springfield.
Destroyed
Built in 1890s on the north side of the railroad tracks. Moved in 1900 to present site of Study. Built in 1904 when Hazel Dell school was destroyed. Got its name from its location near the Gulf railroad line. A second building was built and taken into Springfield in 1926 and a second floor was added. It was annexed as part of Study School in 1948. Razed in 1986.

#75 Nichols

4305 West Chestnut Expressway (Hwy. 266)
Business
School was known as Nichols Junction in the 1890s. Consolidated with Willard in 1923. Identified as a third-class (Job) high school in 1932.
