These bread recipe's are from all over and will use lots of different ingredients. Have fun.

BANANA BREAD
1-3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp.soda
1-1/4 ts.cream of tarter
1/2 tsp.salt
1-3 cups shortning
2-3 cups sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup mashed bananas
Sift flour, soda,cream of tarter and salt together three times. Rub shortning to a creamy consistency with back of spoon. Stir in the sugar and cotinue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture alternatly with bananas. Beat after each addition until smooth. Pour into a well greased loaf pan and bake at 350° about 1 hour.

SPOON ROLLS
1 pkg. yeast
2 cups warm water
1-1/2 sticks butter
1/4 cupsugar
1 egg
4 cups self rising flour
Place yeast in warm water. Melt butter and cream with sugar and beaten egg. Mix together creamed mixture and yeast;add flour and stir until well mixed. Place in airtight container and keep in fridge. When ready to use, spoon into well greased muffin pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

This is a good recipe that like most breads will keep in the freezer for a couple of weeks. It's best eaten when allowed to thaw naturally but can be thawed in the microwave.
PUMPKIN BREAD
3½ cups flour
2 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
2 ts. cinamon
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup pecans
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
Combine dry ingredients. Roll nus in flour mixture and set aside. Beat eggs well. Add cooking oil, water and pumpkin;mix well. Mix dry and liquid ingredients together and pour into 2 well greased and floured pans. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ANGEL BISQUITS
5 cups flour
1 tsp.soda
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp.baking powder
4 tbs. sugar
1 cup shortning
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 cups buttermilk
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortning and mix well. Knead quickly 20-30 times. Roll and cut out. Allow to rise 10 minutes. Bake at 400°. Dough may be kept in refrigerator. When ready to use, roll and cut. Allow 20 minutes before baking. You may roll and cut and freeze. Put bisquits in oven, turn to 400°. Bisquits will rise as oven heats.

This is an unusual recipe I came across while reading through a cookbook. Thought yu might like to try it, I did and it went over very well.
VINEGAR ROLLS
1/2 cup milk
Bisquick
1-1/2 sticks butter
1-3/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
Mix milk and Bisquick to make a pie dough. Roll thin like a pie crust. Cut bitter over dough and sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar. Roll up and cut into 1" pieces and lay in baking dish. Bring water and vinegar to a boil and pour over rolls. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar over rolls and bake in 450° oven until brown.

TEA CAKES
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups shortning
2 eggs
1 cu buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp.vanilla
Enough flour to knead till flour will not stick to hands
After kneading, roll very thin, cut into desired shapes and bake at 350° until done. You can put a raisin or a nut on each cake to add texture and flavor.
