Apricot Salad

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) apricot Jell-O 1 large can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup sugar 1 large Junior baby food apricots
1 large pkg. cream cheese 1 large can evaporated milk, refrigerated

In a saucepan, heat entire can of pineapple. Add sugar, Jell-O, apricots, and cream cheese. Heat until melted. Chill mixture until thickened. Whip chilled evaporated milk and fold into apricot mixture. Add nuts if desired.
