| 1 C. cooked pumpkin | 1/3 C. water |
| 1 C. brown sugar | 1/4 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp. nutmeg | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 2 Tbs. flour | 1 2/3 rich milk |
| 2 beaten eggs |
Mix together sugar, spices, salt, flour & stir into pumpkin. Add milk and eggs. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes, or until filling is firm.
