Happy days are here again,
I see you now like the rain
Dancing on the arid land,
Drawing the soil and the sand,
With a slow rhythm of drops
Drumming down from the treetops.
The days now become brighter,
With just a little whisper
Of thunder and pale lightning,
Giving the impression that
The weather is all I've got.
And whenever I see you,
With all reasons that are true,
You are not the desert heat,
But the fresh spring rivulet;
You become more than the shine
Of the moonbeam that's benign,
Forever my love always,
You are the sun of my days.
