My grandfather, Francis Gay Smith, served on the Jupiter before it was turned into the

He served during the Spanish-American War, WW1, and also took part in the Gre t White
Fleet when it was sent around the world. He tried to re-up when Pearl Harbor was attacked,
but was sent home as being to old. He died in 1953 so i never got to see him or hear his

To anyone that reads this. I am searching for anyone that served on the USS John F.
Kennedy in 1975. I am searching for information about my uncle, Gilmer Williams. He served
on the Kennedy in 1975. The Navy says that he was present during the moring at r ll call
and by that evening he was missing. No trace of the body has ever been found. If you know
of him, or any organizations that relate to the Kennedy please e-mail me. Thabk you. It is
very important that my family find out what happend to him. |
