The Minmei Cannon is one of the most valuable tools at your disposal in the game. By simply not shooting or transforming, your Valkyrie will build up an energy field around it as seen above. Once the field is up, touch an enemy to turn him into your wingman. However, not ALL enemies will turn to your side.
