Nope, it's not a horror story.  It's about a guy who has problems and is infatuated with the Benavides Statue (like me).   This is the first Filipino story that I wrote. The meaning of the story...is for you to find out.  All I know is that there's a lot of Mark's out there world, wondering the same things.

I have no idea why I wrote this.  Maybe because I missed the Espana overpass.  In any case, it was supposed to be for my friend Raymond, but somehow it wrote itself in a totally different way.

Debate

This robbed me of my much needed sleep.  Amazing.

Anyway, I messed up our wireless telephone and tried fixing it at two in the morning.  Yeah, I ripped it open.  After putting it back together, I started writing this one, even if there were two other stories on my priority list.  First time ever that a girl is in the lead for my Filipino stories.

About a girl who is in quandary about her life at the moment, and is screaming (in her mind) about restrained opinions.  Thanks to Christine for the inspiration and some dialogue.  See, we do true stories now. :)

Red Light

        This is kind of long.

This was intended to be an oral story, just another scary story you pass around.  I didn't write it because I had told the story in Filipino, and I didn't write in the vernacular then.  But now that I do, several people who have heard the story of  MIKE have asked me to write it down and share it to other people, since it was only fitting that people have what they called "the red light experience".

After reading it, I suggest that you go tell the story orally, and modify it to your own specifications.
It can be a really scary story, depending on the one who's telling it (believe me, I have tested, it can raise goosebumps), but something always sticks to the listeners that makes this story scarier afterwards.

This is a work of fiction, but take our advice, don't be like Mike.

Note: An english version of this story will be available soon, I will just have to figure out how to write it.
