PETER WEBER is a university teacher and free lance journalist living in Pisa, Italy. He was born on may 10th 1961 in Euskirchen, Germany. Since 1992 he is working as foreign correspondent of the German weekly "Das Parlament" and other newspapers and magazines. He also writes in Italian and English and has published various articles in Italian, German and Internet magazines and papers. Currently he is teaching as German language lecturer at the Faculty for Political Sciences of the University of Pisa.
