Walking through the hallway pointed out to you, you come upon another cavern...

'This must be the weyr,' you think to yourself. 'It's huge...' Dominating the center of the floor is a large stone couch, just right for a full grown dragon. Beyond that you can see a table with a door to the right of it.

Walking across the room, you can hear the sounds of your footsteps and Patch's claws echo off of the ceiling. Reaching the table, you can see a few bound books, a bottle of ink and a writing quill. One of the books, marked Journal, looks to already be in use.

Scooting around the table and peeking around the doorway, you find another smallish room with shelves and a few jars. Opening a few of them, you find sweetsand for bathing and oil for a growing dragon. You can hear the bubbling sound of a spring and, upon investigation, find the source in another corner of the room.

Exiting the room, you can see another tunnel with a faint light coming from it. As you walk toward it, you decide that it must be at least twice your height, maybe closer to three times... You jump as you hear the echos of you voice and realize you must have spoken aloud. Grinning, you follow a shallow bend in the tunnel and come out of the mountain. Before you is another view of the forest with a large clearing in view. "That's for landing." Startled, you turn and find Dreamsmythe behind you. "Sorry, I didn't mean to sneak up on you. Just wondered if you were finding everything okay?" You nod, not yet trusting your voice. "Wonderful. Just let me know if you have any problems." Turning around, she walks back toward the weyr...

Entering the cavern again, you see Tali and Myhr swooping and diving through the air above the dragon couch. You smile and wonder if they'll be able to have as much fun when a dragon finally lives here...

A few weeks later...
