Create a new layer called 'Eye Colour' and set its layer mode to Colour Burn. Selecting the main eye colour and using a semi-hard brush tool with its opacity set to 100%, paint in the eys. Keep the layer opacity at 100%.

Create another layer called it 'Eye Corners' with its layer mode set to multiply at 80% opacity. With a small brush tool paint the eye corners with an orange/red. This will help to lift the eye.
