Sarg 6 - Hanumaan In Palaces - 1

Thus after wandering around in Lankaa City Hanumaan entered the palace. The palace was well-guarded. He saw many women there. They were all happy. Their jewelry was ringing and was creating soft sound. Many gold chariots were going here and there. Hanumaan got surprised to see this huge palace.

He climbed on the roofs of houses and started looking around. He got down in Prahast's palace and climbed up on Mahaapaarshwa Raakshas' house. From there he went to several other Raakshas' houses. Then he saw some Raakshasee with abnormal eyes who were guarding Raavan's bed.

He saw several elephants like Airaavat who were infallible. He saw there some army also. He saw many Paalakee, many palaces where Raavan rested at time to time. He saw those palaces also, where his liquor was stored.

Sarg 7 - Hanumaan In Raavan's Palace

Hanumaan saw Raavan's that palace also which was built by Vishwakarmaa. There was no other house like that on earth. It had many types of gems studded in that, because of which it looked like Swarg. It seemed to be always full of flowers. He saw there beautiful women and several Vimaan driven by swans in the sky. There were yellow houses, many ponds with bloomed lotus flowers. And he saw Pushpak Vimaan too. It had birds made of silver and coral (Moongaa) and snakes made of many kinds of gems. It had horses also made on it. Hanumaan got very surprised to see such beautiful houses and other things there but got worried also not to find Vaidehee anywhere.

Sarg 8 - Hanumaan In Raavan's Palace

Pushpak Vimaan was admired by even Vishwakarmaa himself. When it flew in the sky it looked like Sun. It took great efforts to build it. Many valuable gems were studded in there. Raavan got this Vimaan through his Tapasyaa. This Vimaan was driven by mental wish, even its speed was controlled by it's pilot's mental wish. It was like a house.
