Sharron takes a swim in a public pool, while two men look on at first attracted by her, but then amazed at how she swims her laps completely underwater without surfacing for air.
"Sharron Macready, one of the Champions. Posessing with Craig Stirling and Richard Barrett, incredible powers. Survivors of an air crash in the mountains of Tibet where they met a people of an unknown civilisation, who mended their bodies and endowed them with fantastic skills. A morning swim, and a length of time spent underwater puzzles the two men who watch. Just another of the super qualities that remain their secret. Super qualities which are now used to their best advantage as Champions of law, order and justice. Operators of the international agency of Nemesis."

The Arab country of El Hammi is in turmoil which will only be settled by the return of the Bey, a young man leading a high life in Rome. He is reluctant to return to his people and would rather lead a playboy lifestyle in Europe. The "champions" abduct him to return him to his country, but even though he comes around to accept his responsibility, it may be too late because dissident factions which are profiting from the turmoil plan to assassinate the Bey before he can reach El Hammi.

Another good episode, solid story and a good original premise. Again like some others, there are no real highlights from the episode that make it memorable. The story revolves more around Craig and Sharron who travel across the Arab deserts with the Bey, while Richard is seen only a few times back in Europe. One highlight is seeing Sharron in a sleek black dress and for some reason is covered in blue fluffy things, like that of a flamingo dancer. The reaction of Craig, Richard and Tremayne as she walks into the room for the first time is quite funny.
