"Richard Barret, one of the Champions. Possessor of fantastic qualities and skills. Qualities and skills both physical and mental to the peak of human performance. Craig Stirling, one of the three survivors of an air crash in the mountains of Tibet where they met a people of an unknown civilisation who mended their bodies and endowed them with incredible powers. Powers that are a secret to be closely guarded, for these gifts enable Richard, Craig and Sharron Macready to uphold law, order and justic."

Sharron goes to Haiti to investigate the death of Nemesis doctor, Charters. Sharron is told he died of fright, the hair on his head turned white, and he was found in a hotel elevator. She stays at the hotel and starts to notice some strange things like hearing voodoo drums, encountering voodoo charms, and the voodoo illusionist, Dambala, performs at the bar she notices that many of the guests are zombie like in appearance and manner. She meets David Crayley, a journalist who is being harrased by the hotel staff, later becomes a zombie after he uses the strange hotel elevator. Richard and Craig arrive to help Sharron but when they see her she appears to be in a trance. She then reveals their identities to the mysterious Dambala, who sends his zombies to kill them.

Many of the great elements that make The Champions such a great show are in this episode. Firstly, the story is great, original and quite fun. Secondly, the characters are also very good, with some quite superb acting on the part of all the actors. Thirdly, the drama and suspense are well done, but also with some well-timed and intelligent humour thrown in to produce many memorable scenes.
Donald Sutherland is great. The first time you see him is very funny, he does a great job in this episode and makes him one of the best villains in the series. Another fine performance is by Zia Mohyeddin as Prengo, the hotel manager. The humour is great and helps develop the character's relationship between each other. When on the plane travelling to Haiti, Craig and Richard sit together, as the stewardess bends over close to Craig's face, he has a glance down the woman's blouse. Richard remarks, without taking his eyes off the magazine in front of him, "you don't need telepathy to know what you're thinking". Later on the hotel bell hop attempts to kill Craig by shooting him while he's lying on his bed. The bullets miss him, instead making a mess of his pillow. After Richard and Craig have met with Sharron and discussed the incidents going on in the hotel, Sharron warns them about the dangers they are facing. Craig agrees and says "you should come and see my pillow". "Craig, what are you suggesting?", Sharron replies. Richard later reminds them of Craig's propersition after Craig tells Sharron to meet him at his room at midnight, "he'll show you his pillow!", he says.
