A group of kids are playing in a street, but when a boy gets his head jammed between two iron bars in a fence, Craig comes to rescue, prying the bars apart with his own hands.
"Craig Stirling, one of the Champions. Possessing with Sharron Macready and Richard Barrett, incredible powers. Survivors of an air crash in the mountains of Tibet where they met a people of an unknown civilisation who mended their bodies and endowed them with fantastic skills. Super qualities, remaining their secret, which they use to their best advantage as operators of the international agency of Nemesis."

While investigating the deaths of two journalists, Richard discovers a dead U.S. General, Patterson, who is about to be cryogenically frozen and sold to a foreign government. Squires, who is in charge of the operation, thinks he can use Patterson when a cure is found for his illness, then revive him and get him to reveal his knowledge on U.S. military secrets. Richard is caught after he broke into Squires base and used as a guinea pig in the cryogentic chamber. Craig and Sharron are sent to come to the rescue of Richard and help put an end to Squires' operations.

Basically this is a science-fiction story, with espionage as a sub-plot. The idea of cryogentics is used well, but the settings is not that believable because of the high-tech nature of the story. We are lead to believe the lab is in the basement of a large estate in the Welsh countryside, being run by what seems to be a small group of Welsh thugs. The scientist is Inge Kalmut who is doing the work because of the threats to her father by Squires if she didn't do what she's told. Squires is quite a nasty person, portrayed well by Bernard Lee. Of course it is very hard to accept Lee as such an evil man since he has always played the good-guy, such as "M" from the James Bond films. Still, he was quite enjoyable to watch in the episode, as was Philip Locke as Yeats.
Being set in Wales, the usual jokes (which many Welsh are so used to) are included -
Tremayne: "Richard's in Porthgerwyn, ever heard of it?"
Craig: "I can't even say it!"
Later on when Craig and Sharron travel by train to Porthgerwyn, they pass by a station on route. The station sign saying "ABERCYNOLWYN" is visible as the train slows. Sharron wakes up from her sleep, while Craig is looking out the window at the station.
Sharron: "Where are we?"
Craig: (points to sign) "Er...there!"
A nice bit in the end is when Sharron and Craig's car is stopped by a guard at Squires' property. Sharron decides to take matters into her own hands and attacks the guard, a large bulky man. After she beats him up, she hops back into the car looks at Craig and laughs.
