Lawn Renovation
line
grass picture   Late summer and early fall are ideal times to renovate a lawn. Rainfall is usually on the rise and temperatures are falling back to a range that newly seeded lawns can more readily tolerate, yet warm enough to promote vigorous growth. However, you still need to DILIGENTLY monitor moisture levels and AUGMENT mother nature when necessary and mow at a proper height and interval to achieve the best results.
The work can include as much as top dressing your existing lawn with a layer of new loam, applying lime and fertilizer, grading, seeding, and applying a protective layer of straw mulch, to as little as one of several over seeding methods that are much less intrusive, but, in many instances may be all that is really required to give you a beautiful lush green lawn.
