Quick Facts:
Movie produced by Gene Simmons and directed by huge KISS fan, Adam Rifkin. Was a commercial flop, cost $34 millions and had box-office revenues of just $4,217,115. Probably cost the career of Rifkin who didn't direct any movies since then. No matter those facts, I believe it was a very good movie that didn't took itself too seriously, actors did a fine job and the story was great. Since a lot of crew members were KISS fans, they didn't allow mistakes to be made (like a kid wearing a T-shirt from 1979, while the movie takes place in 1978). When it was released on DVD, it was one of the most impressive DVD ever in terms of special features. Quickly became a reference in DVD releases afterwards.
