Quick Facts:
Video:This video came out two months after the release of Kiss My Ass-Classic Kiss Regrooved CD. Initially supposed to be a video about the making of the album it turn out to be a compilation of vintage live clips of the band over the years. Included are advertisements for some KISS albums and ads for the KISS radio, dolls, makeup kit from the 70s. Ad for the KISS dolls has already been seen in KISS X-Treme Close-Up (1992). Some promotion is made for the KISStory book which was release in 1995. At that point Gene and Paul were less incisive about Ace and Peter, stating "The more we're in touch with our past, the more we know where this band is going". At the end of the video they show the artwork for their new studio album, which was released 3 years later (Carnival Of Souls-The Final Sessions), but was not used. Some vintage clips are in bad shape, bootleg videos in the fan market place are in better condition.
DVD Notes:Exactly the same as the long form video, no special features. No booklet. At least it's on DVD and it'll won't wear off as a tape does!
