I never paid much attention to birds, but our guide, William, turned birds into a new fascination in my life.

There are so many different kinds of birds in Africa!

I saw many common birds, unidentified, but just as beautiful, like this lonely one which seemed to be thinking of magnificent landscapes seen from the sky.
