Create a new title page in your notebook. Title this one 
Colonization and Revival in the United States.

Create a map in your notebook highlighting the 13 colonies. Color code the colonies into the three regions; New England, Middle, and Southern colonies. Include a legend, a compass rose, a scale indicator, and a caption with the map.

Read and complete the questions on Johnathan Edwards

___ Activity 5
Imagine that you have just attended a revival with one of the following people speaking: George Whitfield, Charles Chauncy, Jonathan Edwards, or Charles Woodmason. Write a letter to a friend that explains the concept of a revival, depicts the individual's stance regarding the Great Awakening ideas, and illustrates the energy and persuasiveness used in the sermons of the period.

___ Final Activity
The first Jamestown settlers lacked the skills necessary for survival. Some were goldsmiths, while others were jewelers. Imagine that you are putting together a group of colonists to settle in America. Decide how many people to take with you, what kinds of occupations they should have, and where to settle. Make sure you explain the reasons for each choice. Then write a short play about your first month in the settlement.
