- In Court Today Links to pending court cases throughout the nation. As we learn of cases, from even news articles, we post them so folks know the issues. Frequently we do not have direct access to a specific court, then we must rely on news reports.

There are several good cases on parole / probation / supervised release tied to use of the Internet. A couple of these address use of polygraphs. You need to read them to see what may be applicable to your circumstances, as everyone's case is different, and the judge makes his decision based upon that!
