Commercial Rental Property Lockout Policy
The property owner or his/her agent must present mortgage documents or the title deed for the property to our attending locksmith as proof of ownership
If an agent of the property owner, you must sustantiate consent by producing a letter authored by the property owner and naming you to act on his/her behalf at the said property
You must also produce a valid Drivers License or other Government issued picture ID
We require a letter from your lawyer certifying that your tenant is in arrears. It should include a method by which the locked out tenant can retrieve any remaining belongings
Tenant/Apartment Rental Property Lockout Policy
The only legal method of extracting an in arrears apartment tenant is to have the Sheriff attend the lockout
The lockout will not proceed without the Sheriff in attendance
