     Premises Opening Policy
  • Locked out of your business? We require that you produce some form of Government Issued Picture ID (eg. Ontario Drivers License, Ontario Health Card) bearing your picture and current residential address. We also require some form of documentation (eg. lease, title deed) proving your entitlement to enter said premises.
  • Locked out of you home or apartment? We can help you gain access. We do require that you present at least 1 piece of valid Government Issued Picture ID (ie. Ontario Drivers License, Ontario Health Card) bearing the address you require opened. If you cannot produce such ID then we will require that your landlord attend and provide proof of his/her entitlement to said property. We cannot accept email or other forms of verification from your landlord.
