exercise I do all my exercise at home. I would prefer to work out at a gym with all the latest machines, but there are few gyms in close proximity to where I live and having tried the closest out, it had only one bench and one set of dumbells to @25Kgs and about 60 aerobics machines !! It also fits better with my lifestyle to workout out home and cut-out the additional trips to the gym. Maybe one day when I need heavier weights there will be better equipped gyms nearby. My equipment consists of a 25Kg dumbell spinlock set & 4 x 20Kg plates. The only problem I have with this is the limited number of back and leg exercises that I can perform and the time it takes to change weights between sets which is often @1 minute. I also have a dual-action Weider exercise bike, which is the old belt resistance type. I also use a Polar ProTrainer NV heart rate monitor. My current exercises are: UPPER BODY Chest
