Long term Goals

  • Have a six-pack stomach
  • Reduce weight (to 182lbs/@13st)
  • Maintain a low risk of early heart disease/attack and high blood pressure
  • Stay in top shape & look & feel better for the rest of my life
  • Stay happy with my self image
  • Have more energy

12 Week Future Vision ( goal date 15/07/2002)

  • Have a six-pack stomach
  • Reduce weight (to 182lbs/@13st)
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Actions Required

  • Eat small meals regularly (at least 6 per day) consisting of high nutrition, low calorie foods.
  • Undertake regular exercise six times per week.
  • Drinking water regularly throughout the day (at least 3 litres).

  • Get in top shape for Australia and rest of my life

  • Loose Weight
  • Look Better
  • Be Happier With Myself

Actions Required

  • Stop eating high fat, high calorie food often and start eating high nutrition, low calorie food regularly in small portions.
  • Stop watching TV etc and making excuses and undertake regular exercise.
  • Stop drinking alcohol and start drinking water regularly throughout the day (10 cups/2 litres).
