- Eat small meals regularly (at least 6
per day) consisting of high nutrition, low calorie foods.
- Undertake regular exercise six times
per week.
- Drinking water
regularly throughout the day (at least 3 litres).

- Stop eating high fat, high calorie food often
and start eating high nutrition, low
calorie
food regularly in small portions.
- Stop watching TV etc and making excuses and
undertake regular exercise.
- Stop drinking alcohol and start drinking
water regularly throughout the day

litres).
