you've ever seen
Richard, you've probably seen him accompanied with
a smile. Despite being the most 'rock'n'roll' looking member of Embrace
he gives a very down to earth impression on stage by looking at the crowds
and smiling (he does that A LOT and we love that a whole lot =0). Wehey
to Richard for the wackie hairstyle as well! Richard was born on the 23rd of October 1972 which also makes him 'the baby' of the band. Coincidently, he is the only member of Embrace to have a baby of his own. He and his wife had their first child in November 2000. He is the guitarist of the band but also sings on a few songs. Not wanting to take anything away from Danny, I would like it very much if Richard sang on a few more. While Danny tends to write the more mellow, heartwrenching songs Richard is the one who stands for most of the up-beat tracks of 'Embraceland'. Oh...one more thing, according to sources close to Embrace, he's the loudest member of Embrace, although note that none of them are particularly loud. |
