Look at that gaze....intense isn't it? And that's basically a general perception most people have of Danny. The man with the amazingly emotional voice was born on the 31st of December 1970, which is also the birthyear I'm completely sure of.
Danny is the most accessible member of Embrace. He is the external face of Embrace for many people. He is the one who appears most in the press and he's the one who comes to 'LastGas'...so obviously he's the one I can say I have most facts on.

Before joining his brother in a band he studied psychology at Manchester University but dropped out because he got tired of commuting. He has an excellent memory from what I've noticed. Biographies are the kinds of books he likes to read, his fave is "Emma and I" by Sheila Hocken. "Fearless" by Peter Weir (strong film starring Jeff Bridges, great director) is his favourite film.
Usually when Danny writes songs, music and lyrics come to him at the same time, he doesn't start by writing one and then adding the other one to it.
