Steve was born on the 1st of February. I am not sure which year but 'rumours' say he's around 35. I don't know if his age is a secret but I highly doubt it. Steve is the only member of Embrace who plays just one instrument as a member of the band. His instrument is the bass of course.

Last time there were elections in the UK Steve was the only member of Embrace who voted (labour). He's also the only member who is/was into football supporting Leeds United, Leeds being the area he's from. Steve is one of two members of Embrace who are married (his family's really nice btw).
According to "Select" magazine Steve has studied art at the University of Liverpool. The article did not state whether Steve graduated or just attended for a while.
While it may not be apparent in pictures Steve is a happy and laughing dude! The image above is my all time favourite of Steve...sheer class.
