| Johnny Thunder and his Sherpa guide are searching for the
Golden Sword
at the Temple of Mount Everest. Mr. Hates is flying his bi-plane and is
rapidly closing in. Who will survive the falling axes, a dangerous
bridge,
a human catapult and find the treasure.
Johnny Thunder has flown into the Himalayas in his new
biplane. He meets
up with two local sherpas and together they discover an unknown Mount
Everest
temple. Inside they find a large mysterious sword. But can they get
away
from the temple alive?
Appearance
The temple is very nice with a lot of fine details. I like the overall
color scheme and the pennants doesn't look out of place on this temple.
And the yellow trim is carried over onto the biplane. I am not mad
about
the biplane but some small modifications can quickly cure that. I am
looking
forward to having a closer look at the map that one of the sherpas is
holding.
Construction
The construction is probably pretty straightforward. The modular
principle
could be used in the temple. The biplane looks sturdy but with a very
box
like fuselage.
Playability
There seems to be a fair amount of play in the temple: The white
triangular
BURP can slide to hide/reveal the golden sword. The yellow behind the
tan
fence on second floor could be a trapdoor. The roof looks as if it
holds
something that can fall down when the technic axle with bush next to
the
flame is pulled. Finally the bridge might be hinged in one end.
