My Expectations









I have high expectations for myself, my students, parents and administration. I feel that all of these entities need to be working together to provide the least restrictive learning environment for all students.

Expectations for Myself - If I am not meeting one of these expectations, please feel free to constructively encourage me to do so. I can still make mistakes and am willing to learn and change for the better learning of my students.
  • I will treat each student with respect
  • I will maintain a positive attitude
  • I will be firm and consistent with school policies
  • I will provide a clear structure to help my students become comfortable in their learning environment
  • I will challenge all my students
  • I will help all students who are willing to help themselves
  • I will not only teach math, but how to be positive and productive members of society

Expectations for Students
  • All students can learn
  • Students should take responsibility for their actions including their education
  • Students should perform to the best of their ability
  • Students should study outside of the classroom
  • Students should be respectful to their peers and teachers

Expectations for Parents
  • Parents should encourage students to do well in academics
  • Parents should contact me if they have any questions, comments or concerns
  • Parents should support school discipline
  • Parents should love their child
  • Parents should have high expectations for their students

Expectations for Administration
  • Administration should consistently enforce school policies
  • Administration should be open and honest with staff
  • Administration should be a model for staff and students
  • Administration should have high expectations for all staff members
  • Administration should have high expectations for student performance and behavior
