A bit on the name: The kanji for the name akizuki mean 'autumn moon', in relation to her other name as 'Ruby moon. Autumn is often related to red in oriental culture. Nakuru means something like 'to hold back'. But I don't know what is being held back.
Nakuru appears in the same comic as Eriol Hiragizawa as Touya's new classmate. She is dreadfully bouncy, clingy and annoying to them, following Touya everywhere as if she's got some kind of obsession with him. She always teases Yukito with half-statements, and seems to know everything, as if she were intelligent, get play the bimbo. But everyone needs a lively friend. She obviously knows something about the future of Touya and Yukito, and recognised Sakura immediately, without introduction.
Nakuru is one of Eriol Hiragizawa's servants. She thinks that Sakura is absolutely adorable and often asks Eriol whether their teasing is right. She enjoys playing basketball, cooking, directing and following Touya around. She wasn't to become Touya's special person. (I think that's one of the many reason she teases Yuki so much.) Unlinke Yukito, however, Nakuru knows very well about her other form as Ruby Moon and enjoys playing the superhero in disguise. By the way, just to scare some of you who haven't figured it out, Nakuru isn't exactly female.
What do we think of Nakuru?
Richard: EEEEKKKKKK!!!! Get it offa me get it offa me!!!
Viscay: I LIKE Nakuru. I wouldn’t' put up a shrine to her or anything, but I think she's a gret contrast to Eriol and Suppi and is quite content in her blissful little world while knowing all at the same time. How many optimists like that do you know? I think she's a lot like Usagi, only less emotional. Just the one-sided extreme.
Riki: I don't like her. Get LOST. She keeps getting in the way of Touya trying to tell Yukito how he feels. If it weren't for that, Perhaps I'd like her; after all she is fun and active and has a life aside from masterminding things. But where's her heart? Come on, for not even being a real person, she sure missed the point of humanity.
