This is an opinion essay written by Ruby Moon on the topic of Rika and Terada's relationship. If you have anything to say on this subject, please write one of your own and send it to us, and if we find it appropriate, (that is, no foul language and well supported) we'll post it, too. Enjoy!

Yeah, people do look at things from how they were
taught. When I first heard about the whole Rika and Terada thing, I was like, "Whoa... what kind of relationship is this?!?!?!?" But!!! America is a place where we see stuff like breasts as sexual stuff. But in other countries and ethnic groups, they see them as just things that feed young/babies. And when you talk about relationships, they think of love or sex. Not the friendship or commitment involved in a relationship... Nothing is ever innocent anymore... we have to many sick people in this world who actually do things sexual to children. And when we hear about this stuff enough we start to assume stuff more. I think that it's cute that Rika and Terada have a relationship. I mean, there is no sexual content involved in the relationship!!! NONE!
Terada isn't a bad looking guy... he's cute! You can't blame Rika for loving him. It's almost like a father and daughter relationship. A girl will love her dad a bit more and shows it (not in a sexual way).
Isn't that cute? Daddy's girl? I mean, come on people, if you don't like what is going on between Rika and Terada, then don't even bother to nag on it. CLAMP does these type of things. That's what makes them so unique! I love it. They are bringing you to a whole new world. Don't let a little thing like Rika and Terada's relationship screw you over. Look at it as a good way. I mean, 80 year old men are marrying 25 year old women all the time. (gross, wrinkles) And we could care less, except we'll cringe at the thought of the 80 year old. It's just how society is, and I'm sorry if I made anybody mad. I'm just stating my opinion on all of this. I'm just sick at how you all keep talking bad about it. Just take a deep breath and try to accept it. You don't have to like it, but just try to understand if you were them. Okay?
Arigatou gozaimasu!! **winks**

I'm kind of pissed off about the pop-up box, but so far they're still the best provider we've found.
