Company ProfileWe are a full service company, based in Fairfax, Virginia, which offers general home inspections in addition to a variety of other related technical services for your benefit. Our other services include new home pre-drywall inspections and radon testing. We also offer residential structural certifications by Critchfield Structural Solutions LLC through Inspection Booking Services LLC. Our inspector, Michael J. Stephens, has over 30 years of experience as a custom home builder. He is a Virginia State Certified Home Inspector (License #10), Maryland Licensed Home Inspector #29885, and is an ASHI Certified Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors #204208). Mr. Stephens has built over 100 homes and commercial buildings in the Washington metropolitan area, and has restored several historic buildings which date from the 1830s.
