Tekken 4

Tekken 4 is the latest game in the Tekken series. Its a pretty great game, like the others. In my opinion, its the second best fighting games Ive played, right after Tekken 3.
The storyline is as follows. Upon learning that Kazuya Mishima is alive, his father Heihachi organizes the tournament in order to lure him out and take his Devil powers. Of couse, to fully understand the story, you would have to know the story of the previous games. The King of Iron Fist Tournament, or Tekken, centers around the Mishima family. The first tournament was organized by Heihachi Mishima, and it ended with Kazuya as the winner. At the end, Kazuya throws Heihachi over the cliff. Two years later, Kazuya organizes another tournament. Heihachi is out for revenge. He emerges as the victor, and throws Kazuya into a volcano. The next tournament takes place nineteen years later. A mysterious being called ogre is killing martial arts masters around the world, and Heihachi uses the tournament to lure him out in order to harness his power. Kazuyas son, Jin Kazama, wins the tournament. Tekken 4 takes place two years after Tekken 3. Kazuya has been brought back to life, which I think is sorta stupid. I mean, if his body was thrown into a volcano, it would be incinerated. Anyways, this game brings back some characters not seen since Tekken 2 (not including Tekken Tag, of course, which does not fit into the storyline), including Lee and Marshall Law. Others are also back, as well as a few new ones, like Combot.
If you have ever played a Tekken game in the past, you know there is much to expect. Tekken 4 is no exeption. This game has several cool features, including Story, Arcade, Survival, and a bunch of others. In terms of graphics, this game has some cool ones. However, Virtua Fighter 4 has better graphics, but it would be kind of stupid to buy a game based on graphics, considering Tekken 4 is a much better game. This game has some cool fighting moves, though personally, I find it easier to use just the basic ones, but thats just me talking. Overall, this is one cool game. The only problem I can think of is if you are bad at it, and youre one of those people that gets real pissed off when losing, but again, thats just me talking.
In closing, Tekken 4 is a great game in a long line of great games. This game should definetely be on your list for games you want to buy or rent. If you are a fan of the fighting genre, you definetely wont be dissapointed.
