May 4, 2003 On another of their field trips, Brian, Puppy Sirius and the Eyes of Hope 4-H Puppy Club visited Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.  The group started out at Liberty State Park, in Jersey City, NJ where they boarded a Ferry whick took them first to Ellis Island then on to the Statue of Liberty.  This was a new adventure for the pups, who must learn to adapt to all types of transportation and many different situations in their future duties as Seeing Eye Dog Guides.
