Bio-mechanoid - A race used as transportation by many different races. They are normally joined with a Pilot. They are living beings that are half mechanical and half living tissue. See also Leviathan.
Bishan - Rygel's cousin. He had Rygel imprisoned and took his throne.
Black hole - A collapsed star. Its gravometric pull is so great that light and ships get pulled in and can't escape. When Crichton was exposed to a one it caused his temporal dislocation. Verell ensnared one and developed it as a weapon.
Bridge - Command area on a Peace Keeper Command Carrier.
Br'nee - Botanist found on the Botany Asteroid. Killed by Crichton.
Budong - Largest living creature in the Uncharted Territories. A deceased one is being used as a mining colony.
