Calorics - Moya's "batteries".
Calcivore - M'Lee was referred to as being this.
Cartograph - Starcharts.
Cartographic Data Crystal - Crystal the size of a human hand given by Namtar to Rygel, Zhaan and D'Argo in exchange for one of Pilot's arms. Starmaps were to be directly accessed by Moya, but the excessive amount of information prevented downloading. Any attempt to download would erase Moya's memory. When Crichton attempted to stop Rygel from completing the download, the crystal was thrown and shattered on the floor.
Cenobian Rebellion - One of Durka's legendary achievements in Peace Keeper history.
Chain of Command - The highest Peace Keeper command rank is Admiral, followed by a Council, High Command, First Command, and Captain.
Chakan Oil - Made from the Tannot Root by Peacekeepers, chakan oil is used in cartridges to power PK pulse rifles and other weaponry. The oil is very explosive (as Rygel discovered).
Chants - Zhaan used a specific type of chant to increase her work efficiency. This may indicate that different chants affect different actions, such as breathing, sleeping, running, etc.
Chiana - A Nebari thief.
Chloroferric Compounds - These blocked Moya from being able to detect the Tavlek shuttle on the planet surface.
Chloroplast Tintation - Colouration of plant cells - ie Zhaan's cells are coloured blue.
Cholian Curd Salad - A salad Rygel like to eat.
Chronite (aka Cronite) - The metal that composes Moya's decking. The crew scraped Chronite shavings from the floor and mixed them with Lutra Oil in order to make powerful explosives with which to destroy the PK Gammak base.
Clansmen - Tribe of young people who only live for 22 cycles. Their life is based on drugs, thrills and death.
Clorium - A spice that can be used to anesthetize Leviathans. Used to anesthetize Moya to remove the Paddac Beacon. A common element found on Denea.
Command - Moya's center of operations, ie the bridge.
Command Carrier - A large Peace Keeper ship. Crais was a Captain of one.
Commerce Planet - The planet's major industry is trade with other planet's and vessels. On the edge of the Uncharted Territories.
Control Collar - A type of harness used by the Peace Keepers on Leviathans to bring the great ships to heel. The collar can be programmed to work in conjunction with a Paddac Beacon. In the words of Pilot, "...when Peacekeepers capture a Leviathan, they immediately administer a sleep agent. Very potent. The weak...the old...do not survive, which I suppose is part of its purpose. While the Leviathan sleeps, changes are made in propulsion and guidance." Leviathans cannot breed successfully while collared.
Control Shield - A Peace Keeper device installed on Moya to prevent her from becoming pregnant.
Crais, Bialar - Captain of a Peace Keeper Command Carrier until he was removed by Scorpius. He launched a personal vendetta against Crichton after the death of his brother Tauvo.
Crais, Tauvo - Brother of Bialar Crais. Killed after a collision between his Prowler and Farscape 1, piloted by John Crichton
Crichton, Jack - Father of John Crichton
Crichton, John - A scientist who was piloting the Farscape One shuttle when it fell through a wormhole. A member from a primitive race from the planet Erp. They are similar in appearance to Sebaceans. Accidently killed Tavio Crais.
Cryo-Stasis - The act of freezing living tissue. Pilot and Aeryn freezed Rygel when his bodily fluids became explosive from eating Tannot Root.
Culleh - Acquarian term meaning love or affection.
Cycle - Alien time measurement. One cycle is approximately one year in Erp terms. (4.8 cycles = 5 years)
