Chrysler's 1960 300F convertible was done in Torreador Red by Kim Classics, a division of Western.  Although the proportions aren't perfect, Kim has captured the wild Virgil Exner styling of Chrysler's most powerful letter series car.  These models were limited editions built in very small quantities.
Kim Classics also did a 1960 Chrysler Saratoga 4 door hardtop in a color Chrysler called Bluegrass.  This is an extremely rare model as very few were produced before the Kim Classics line was discontinued.  I've only seen 2 other examples of this limited edition model.
Hank Van Asten, the proprietor of Madison/Conquest Models of Holland, must love Mopars.  Here is his version of the 1960 Dodge Phoenix in Fawn over Cocoa.  This is probably one of the best models Madison has ever done.  Almost every piece of trim and every emblem is photo etched and the interior is a work of art.  Note the upholstery pattern, the spinner wheel covers, and the twin stalk mirrors.  A magnificent model.
More Mopars from Western -- #70 is the Vermillion Red '60 Dodge Polara Hardtop and #70X is the Cactus Green convertible.  Both are excellent representations of one of my favorite Dodges of the '60s.  Western has really captured the essence of Virgil Exner's design with these models.  There was a limited run of white convertibles and red/white hardtops.
The Oyster White over Caramel '60 Plymouth Fury 4 door hardtop shown here is still another great piece (#20) from Conquest of Holland.  All the trim and emblems are there, it's got a photo etched grill, and the finish is nearly flawless.  A unique car, regardless of whether it's 1/43rd or full size!
Certainly a unique subject for a model, this 1960 Valiant V200 Station Wagon is from BT Jupiter Models of Belgium.  Jupiter really captured the bizarre styling of Chrysler Corporation's first compact vehicle.  The detailing is superb, especially the photo-etched grille.  This model was very limited production, and as it wasn't ordinarily available in the U.S., you are not likely to see another one!
The pair of '61 Chrysler 300Gs at left were produced by Mini Auto Emporium of Canada in 1984.  These were made in very small quantities and were quite expensive.  Note the extra detail on the Mardi Gras Red hardtop.  While a bit heavy handed, the lines were captured well and the models round out my collection of finned 300 letter cars.
