Highway Travelers, a Long Island NY-based model manufacturer, has done this very sharp '61 Plymouth Fury convertible.  No details have been overlooked, even the chrome decor package around the headlights and the optional grille guard have been carefully reproduced.  I am proud to have had a small hand in the creation of this model; I was the 'color consultant' to Paul Patterson, the proprietor of Highway Travelers. The convertible was also available in pale green with the top up.  Only a dozen or so of these closed convertibles were produced before production was halted due to licensing issues.
Also from Highway Travelers is the Oyster White/Wisteria '61 Fury Hardtop.  The outstanding color combination really makes this model stand out amongst the rest of my Plymouth models.  There were only 38 examples of this hardtop produced by Highway Travelers, making this a very difficult item to find.

If you think you're looking at a '61 Plymouth Valiant -- surprise, but you're wrong!  It's actually a 1962 Chrysler   R Series Valiant from Australia.  The model is from Trax, an Australian company which specializes in producing models of Australian cars exclusively.  Note the different wheel covers, the lack of the spare tire emblem, and of course right-hand drive!  These models are very limited and only available directly from Trax; they are not sold retail in the U.S. at all.

The following models are various scales
These 2 1955 Chrysler 300s are part of the newly released 'American Chrome' series from Johnny Lightning in 1/64th scale.  For a model in this diminutive size, the proportions and detailing are excellent, and the authentic colors of Cloud White and Tango Red add to the authenticity.  All this for less than $5.00!
More Chrysler 300s in 1/64th scale, these '57 300C hardtops are from Ertl's 'American Muscle' series.  Done in Gauguin Red, Parade Green and black, these little models are almost jewel-like in their detail.  Each piece comes with a reproduction of an original sales brochure cover.
