Only sailable with on or off-shore winds (north or south) as  your longest runs should be along shore

Walter Drive (Cook's Bay) No snow, refrozen slush from warm temps. 0cm/10cm 4 none none visible recent warming as made some soft spots
Willow Beach closed 0cm/0cm

There's this huge long, and when I say huge it kind of runs all the way along in the little bay where Willow Beach is, there is a built up pressure crack. Not sure how smooth, but this could be the beginning of a radical terrain park once things cool and fill in a bit. North of this is open water.
