After a long mental debate with myself, I have decided to add
a small section of cartoon dolls to my website. I had another
doll site that was strictly dolls at The
Doll Shopee. I delt with alot of things with that site and
after finding out certain things and all the rants and raves
about this and that I have decided to NEVER update that website
again. I don't have nearly enough time to devote to it. However,
I have not totally forgotten about the doll community.
There is alot of debate on weather it is actually "your"
doll to claim. Here is what I have to say about all that.
..."I work very hard on editing most of the dolls that
I put on my websites weather it be on The Palace or in PSP,
I edit them none the less. I take the time to put them in to
PSP and convert then over to graphics for you to do whatever
with. I don't care about people taking the dolls that is what
they are there for but, I am the one who put them in to that
graphic form so you could use them. Therefore, I have created
the doll in the form they apprear, that you see on my webpages.
I am a Doll Former, not a doll creator. I do not claim copyright
to the dolls as I did not draw them out. But I would like a
little credit for doing all that I did. There were several of
my "doll lines" that I know only I had which was the
reason I put some of them up. Then just to see places like Dollie
Domain come and steal the freakin name that I gave them and
take every single doll that was under that and give no credit.
On one line of dolls I did make the clothes for all that and
that really made me mad because I did those.
I can imagine how the people who draw dolls outside of the palace,
like in psp and use them strictly for webpage use and do not
put them in the palace feel to see there creations all over
the web with no recoginition to them. If I ever take any dolls
of anybody's website, and the only dolls I ever take off anybody's
website are the orgional-web only- dolls, I always and I mean
always link back. It's just respect."...
