| 12/31/01: HAPPY NEW YEAR!! sorry.. i have nuthing new sofar other than a big congratulations on the golden globe nomination for y tu mama tambien.. though i doubt it will win... i think it's going up against Amelie... it's still quite an honor.. and it's great that mexican films are being recognized! :) okay... sorry about not updating more often.. my puter is real ghetto.. and i keep getting kicked off line... so it get's real hard for me.. thanks! |

| 1/12/02: just a quick update! i just put up some new picts today! go take a lookie on pic page 14... and i can't wait until jan. 27! the billboards are everywhere! but it doesn't give a specific time! i'm so excited! gael in a "hollywood" film.... he already voiced his dislike towards hollywood, but hey... it's better than nuthing. |
| 1/13/02: guess what i saw on ebay today... a copy of y tu mama tambien! i was so excited.. but it was 34 dollars... and i have about 15 dollars in my checking account... so i thought against it.. but that means that there are copies around... and i will find them!!! lol.. anyways.. there is a y tu mama tambien review calling diego and bernal the mexican beavis and butthead, which i find hilarious... go read it if you have the time! http://worldfilm.com. and i rewatched memento last night.... i'm still unsure! lol... now. on a serious note.. hence the color change.... i just wanted to remind everyone that awards, especially in hollywood.. are crappy... i hate the academy awards and the golden globe... they are really commercial... so i wouldn't be sad if y tu mama tambien doesn't win... it looks as if everyone is leaning towards amelie.... think about it! HEDWIG doesn't have a best song nominee!!! that's wrong... www.get-hed.com now how am i to respect that? |
| 1/21/02: First of all.. it's Martin Luther King Jr. day... i really respect that man... Second of all... I AM FURIOUS... i taped 5 hours worth of golden globes.. watched all of it on TV... and did not see gael at all.... NBC SUCKS.. like we didn't see enough nicole kidman! why didn't they just move the camera a bit! and then the golden globe video clips were messed up on all the foreign language film titles... why is there no respect? NOW WHAT GETS TO ME is that my boyfriend saw gael on channel 7... why? why? was i not on channel 7??? Elmer doesn't deserve to see him! I DO!! ahh.. one more gripe... russell crowe is not "best actor" and a beautiful mind's screenplay is not even as close as being as good as MEMENTO... very sad, oh so very sad... www.otnemem.com ... ahh. one more tragedy... my friends do have cable.. but no showtime.. must i wait again to buy fidel online? | 2/2/02: i'm so upset at myself.. i got the fidel video... but i haven't had the opportunity to finish watching it... i started on it, but i haven't gotten to the part that gael is in yet.. my mom bumped me off to see her soap operas... lol... i think i will try to see it now... :) i guess i'm saving it cuz i'm not into immediate gratification! hee hee... someone emailed me yesterday... i was telling her how i was sad that gael might have never seen my site on him.. and or that he never bothered to say "hi".. but then she said he might feel weird about adressing fans.. and i guess i do pass off as crazy with this obsessive site! :P lol... so i don't feel as bad! :) i would be scared too.. but if gael is reading this.. this is for you: janelle is not crazy.. she's just doing public service!!
