• Shortly after our discussion or meeting, you will receive our proposal, stating the deliverable work, timing, costs and key personnel we will use on your project. We will design a research solution that accommodates your unique time and budget constraints.
• There is no charge for this initial consultation process.
• Project costs are based on our fees and expenses, which will depend on the resources required for your project.

We are a client-oriented company. Once engaged, we keep you “in the loop” on a regular basis, including conducting interim meetings to review project progress.

And after project completion, we measure client satisfaction by conducting post-project client satisfaction evaluations.
