Mrs. Smith's Second Grade
Fall Poems

I see pumpkins.
I hear ducks.
I smell flowers.
I taste corn from the cornfield.
I feel the wind.

C.H.

I see ducks flying south.
I hear leaves crumpling.
I smell pumpkin pie.
I taste candy apples.
I feel animals.

J.S.

Fall is good.
All the leaves are changing
La la la the leaves are changing
La la la the leaves are fun.

K.F.

Friends jumping in big piles of leaves.
All families get pumpkins and hay.
Leaves fall from trees.
leaves are not green anymore.

K.M.

I see decorations.
I hear footballs.
I smell pumpkin pie.
I taste pumpkin candy.
I feel the warm fire.

Falling leaves
Animals getting ready
Looking in leaf piles
Looking at scarecrows

I see my dogs.
I hear Southern's bells.
I smell cookies.
I taste chili.
I feel my friends.

A.P.

I see mums.
I hear a crow.
I smell pumpkin pie.
I taste my birthday cake.
I feel my sweater.

Falling leaves
All the leaves fall
Leaves fall on my home
Leaves fall everywhere

Falling leaves change
Animals get their food
Leaves fall
Leaves change color

Falling leaves
All the leaves are changing
Leaves are getting ready to fall
Leaves fall off the trees

Falling leaves
Autumn is very cool
Leaves changing colors
Leaves fall with the wind.

All is colorful
Love flies with the wind
Leaves are falling in the fall
