Personal insurance and personal Liability of any member attending an event or function organised through the GateGoers Mailing List.  We strongly recommend you have personal/liability insurance with you at all times whilst holidaying in Vancouver - see your travel agent about this. 

Any criminal act that might come about as a result of utilizing the list for share accommodation, car pooling, attending an event alone (or in a group) or other situations that one places themselves  in an 'at risk' situation with people they do not know well.  We stress the use of common sense and attention to safety at all times.  

Any personal details or information sent via the internet to other GateGoers members.  We stress the need for each individual member to guard their privacy on such a public forum.
